Meet the Doctors
Brian Tang, DDS, MCD (Implant Dentist)
I was raised in Hong Kong and moved to the United States in 1985, where I attended Woodside Priory High School located in Portola Valley, California. Following high school I attended Stanford University, where I graduated with Distinction in Biological Sciences and Economics in 1991.
After college, I attended UCSF School of Dentistry with my wife, Dr. Sheila Tan and graduated in 1995. I then completed a four-year Master program in Prosthodontics with Distinction at King's College London (KCL) in the UK, and was personally congratulated by HRH Princess Royal. The School of Dentistry at KCL has been ranked first in the world by QS World University Rankings in 2020.
Since my graduation, I have further my training in all aspects of dentistry through numerous continuing education courses and training. My practice is focused on reconstructive and implant dentistry.
In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family. I am also an avid cyclist who regularly participate in endurance and gravel bike races.

Sheila Tan, DDS
I was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to the US in 1985. I attended California State University in Fullerton, majoring in Biochemistry before
receiving my Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, dining out, hiking, biking, yoga, zumba, crafting and spending time with our two loving children – Isabella and Ryan (ages 14 and 12).

Shirley Jensen, DDS
Dr. Shirley Jensen was born and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and went on to study dentristy at UCSF. During her time at UCSF, she earned numerous awards such as UC Regent’s Scholarship and UCSF Dental Alumni Clinical Excellence Award. She continues to enhance her excellent gentle patient care by participating in educational courses in all aspects of general dentistry and practicing in various clinical settings around the Bay Area. In her leisure time, Dr. Jensen likes to read novels and comic books, play the piano, watch movies and play with her young son and two dogs.
Linda Kang, DDS
Dr. Linda Kang is originally from Ohio where she attended Case Western Reserve University received Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University. She received additional training at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland. She has practiced in Columbus, Ohio prior to moving to the Bay Area. She is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Society. When Dr. Kang is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys hiking, boxing, and travelling. Dr. Kang provides clear guidance for your oral health and your comfort and high quality care are her top priority.
